Join us as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you’ll learn critical problem-solving, communication, and service delivery skills. As part of this exciting step in your career you’ll obtain a Government Security Clearance allowing you to support our highly valued clients across Australia.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Patience and empathy
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Basic computer skills (typing speed of 20 WPM)
  • Ability to obtain security clearance (Australian Citizens only)

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:30pm on a rotating roster, averaging 37.5 hours per week across the five days, with rosters issued two weeks in advance
