Kenneth's Car Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping guide them through the repair process while ensuring a positive and professional experience from start to finish. You will support communication between customers, technicians, and insurance partners to keep repairs moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers in person and over the phone, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.

· Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, answering questions and providing updates on repair status.

· Schedule appointments, coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, and manage daily workflow at the front desk.

· Communicate repair timelines, basic repair information, and next steps clearly and accurately to customers.

· Liaise with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies to ensure smooth information flow and timely service.

· Maintain accurate customer records, repair documentation, and communication notes.

· Handle customer concerns with professionalism and work toward timely resolution.

· Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or an automotive-related environment is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic understanding of automotive repair processes is an asset but not required.

· Proficiency with computers and office software; experience with shop management or estimating systems is a plus.

· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred.
