The Bemac Collision Group has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in a well-established, progressively growing group of companies. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for securing revenue by verifying payment, scheduling and maintaining customer satisfaction through out the repair process.

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to The Shop Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains records by filming invoices, debits, and credits.
  • Have customers sign authorization forms, verify contact information, and collect keys upon vehicle drop off.
  • Accept payments from customers regarding customer pay and deductibles.
  • Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Primary phone receiver, should be answering 90% of incoming calls.
  • Document and Complete paperwork for all customers dropping off and picking up vehicles.
  • Book Rentals for Customers.
  • Schedule clients for repairs and prepare and file white folders.
  • Notify customers when the vehicle is ready for pickup.
  • Schedule customers in for estimates as required.
  • Contact the customer when the assignment is received.
  • Arrange final tow to the shop when required.  
  • Assist in keeping reception tidy

Requirements

  • Proficient data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Experience with operating spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in English/French and in MS Office (Primarily word and excel)
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
