Schedule of 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking residential plumbing services in Tyler, Texas
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments
Dispatch plumbing technicians using company software
Collect payments and accurately classify service calls
Respond to customer reviews and maintain professional communication
Enter receipts into QuickBooks and maintain organized financial records
Keep detailed customer notes to support the service team
Assist with general office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
Positive attitude with a customer first mindset
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid drivers license
Basic computer skills, experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Plumbing industry knowledge is helpful but not required
