Pay Range: $15 - $20/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday between 7am - 7pm, Saturdays 7am - 4pm, plus rotating on-call shifts (including Sundays)
Workload: 41 - 50 hours per week, plenty of hours if you’re hungry to earn

This position is based in Sunnyvale, TX, supporting customers across the DFW area. You’ll be responsible for the following:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple digital platforms
Schedule and dispatch jobs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other home services
Navigate and update ServiceTitan with accuracy and speed
Collaborate with field technicians and other departments to ensure smooth job execution
Deliver the kind of customer service that turns first-timers into lifelong clients

1 - 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
1 year of experience using ServiceTitan
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be comfortable working rotating after-hours shifts, including weekends
Strong multitasking and communication skills
