Customer Service Representative - All Turf Lawn Care

All-Turf, is currently accepting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care team at our Hiram, GA location.

These are full-time positions with a competitive hourly rate plus bonuses. While these are not sales positions, simply making our customers aware of other services and selling incoming leads can be very lucrative. This is a fast-paced environment with high call volume and plenty of opportunity for advancement. To be successful in this position, you will need the following

• Previous Customer Service experience
• A desire to be helpful
• A clear and articulate phone voice
• Experience with operating systems such as Real Green, Pestpac, Salesforce, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite
• A sense of humor
• Experience with suggestive selling
