Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and live chat enquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Take detailed briefs, including required delivery dates and addresses.
  • Make suggestions for better, alternative, or more cost-effective solutions.
  • Produce quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Select suppliers using knowledge and judgment; set margins confidently.
  • Always keep communication open with clients.
  • Coordinate each job from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Take 100% ownership when problems arise.
  • ·Work independently with autonomy and confidence in decision-making.
  • Liaise with accounts to set up new clients and arrange prepayments.
  • Manage artwork issues and proof approvals.
  • Coordinate deliveries, ensuring no supplier branding is included.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in AU Product Promotion or Printing business experience.
  • Knowledge of APPA industry suppliers is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing the best customer experience
  • Proven customer service/sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Australian Promotional Products Industry experience essential
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone manner, active listening skills, and a happy, confident approach.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. The role has a fast pace.
  • A strong desire to win every order.
  • Must work well in a team to balance workload.
  • Experience with Xero and Smartsheets is a bonus
  • Must have own computer/laptop, stable internet connection, and necessary work equipment.
  • Ability to problem solve under time pressure
