Role Details

📞 Customer Service and Business Support positions

✅ Aug/Sept starts 

📅 Casual assignment working full-time hours | 🚀 37.5 hrs each week across Mon-Fri

🎯 Help customers daily – Answer calls and emails (approx. 30-50 per day)

🧮 Admin & data entry tasks – Including invoicing and EOM reporting

📊 Achieve key metrics – Handling time, quality & customer satisfaction

🧠 Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Especially Excel

🎓 Full training provided – Feel confident from day one

🤝 Supportive & dynamic team – Work with like-minded people

What You Need

  • Must have a car to get to work as there is no public transport close by
  • Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
  • 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience or admin/data entry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM systems etc.
  • Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
  • Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Professional references from previous employers
