Job responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the enrollment process for new students, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with coaches and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating issues when necessary.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Job requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an educational or sports setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
