Customer Service Officer ACMV

TLDR

Coordinate technician schedules and handle customer inquiries to ensure high service delivery and satisfaction.

- Coordinate and optimize daily technician schedules, strategically pairing teams with jobs to ensure maximum efficiency and service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Management Agent (MA) inquiries, professionally handling communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare accurate quotations for repair or replacement works, proactively following up with customers for approval and recording job confirmations for tracking purposes.
- Prepare and submit essential safety and regulatory documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method of Statements (MOS) for servicing works.
- Maintain meticulous records of job confirmations, contractor summary sheets, and project milestones (e.g., WRPC, SE) for both internal and client reporting.
- Arrange for necessary site entries and work permits with building management, and liaise with suppliers to check parts availability for upcoming repairs.
- Provide proactive status updates to clients regarding technician arrival times, and resolve service-related feedback or complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Management.
