Role Purpose & Scope: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and transform our customer service operations across three key locations in Germany: Dinslaken, Hilden, and Goldkronach. This role is pivotal in driving organizational change, consolidating systems and teams, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing customer service culture.
The role will be based in Dinslaken or Hilden, with regular travel to the other two sites. The successful candidate will unify the leadership of the three existing teams, harmonize ERP and CRM systems, and build a strong team spirit across locations.
Lead, develop, and inspire customer service teams across Dinslaken, Hilden, and Goldkronach
Drive the consolidation of teams, ensuring alignment in structure, roles, and responsibilities
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Develop coaching and training plans to support team growth and performance
Proven experience in leading customer service teams
Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel regularly between locations
Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a high-performance culture
