  • Co-ordinate with customers/carriers and related suppliersted departments for process and handle shipments as per salescustomers instruction.
  • Promptly communicate, provide information clearly to customers without any late response.
  • Check quality and accuracy of work to meet company standards and objectives.
  • Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customers/sales and CPL overseas agents instruction as fully comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPto meet customers/agents’ requirements.
  • Take personal responsibility for daily solving problems and follow up on the requests and or problems that key account customers experience.
  • Escalating point and being a single point of contact for the customer on operational performance in general (not transaction based > first level = Ops or Customer Service).
  • Scheduling and preparing regular business review meetings together with the account owner, developing Power Point presentations and leading the implementation of any required changes or improvements.
  • Qualifications
  • At least 3 years experiences in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or shipping 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related field
  • Strong Customer Service mind
  • Work under pressure
  • Sales-oriented with operational conscious
  • Self-confident with positive attitude
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Dynamic, structured, flexible and ambitious
  • Self-Motivating
  • Good in English language
  • Special Knowledge
  • Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • CargoWise1 know-how in related functions are advantage.
