Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities offering the best quality service to their customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.
Your Role as a Customer Service Junior Engineer:
- Queries on Client products, solutions, and architectures;
- Recommendations on how to use and configure Client products;
- Technical issues and fault diagnosis of Client products;
- Troubleshooting problems with Client APIs and SDKs;
- Troubleshooting operations or system problems related to Client resources;
- Client console or official Client tools;
- Financial affairs and account contract problems related to Client;
- Third-party software configuration guidance and troubleshooting related toClient products.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C2 Level or Native);
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Any kind of previous experience with Linux
- Be willing to relocate to Porto
- Good time management skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
