Job Overview

We are hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executives to support the project. This role involves handling inbound calls and customer emails for a telecommunications client.

👉 Mandarin speaking only is required (no reading or writing requirement).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues according to standard procedures
  • Meet individual and team performance KPIs
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards

Working Arrangement

  • Working Days: 5 days per week (rotational roster)
  • Working Hours: 9.5 hours per shift (inclusive of 1.5-hour break)
  • Operation Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts

Shift Examples:

  • Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Noon: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Night: 11:00 PM – 8:30 AM

Shifts are assigned based on operational needs and supervisor scheduling.

Training

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • May be extended up to 6–8 weeks depending on project requirements

  • 11 February 2026
  • 25 February 2026

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Education: High school / SPM or equivalent
  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory
