We’re looking for someone who is customer-driven and passionate to be part of a team who wants to make a difference by creating value for our customers and making our service outstanding. The role will report directly to the Team Leader of Customer Support. 


💬 What You’ll Do

  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for the campaign, by ensuring a supportive customer experience reflective of the campaign’s brand and vision
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and effectively to enhance the customer service experience
  • Communicate with customers through various channels – emails, phone, social media, live chat
  • Support the customers’ ordering and delivery process
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s question, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Accurately record feedback and customer insights to help improve customer service and the product range
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies


🎯 What You Bring

  • Must have proven email support experience, handling client or customer concerns through written communication
  • Must have hands-on experience using Freshdesk or Zendesk as primary support tools
  • Strong communication skills and be able to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Demonstrate solid organisational skills to manage tasks and workflows effectively
  • Collaborative team player who contributes positively to the group
  • Have high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
  • Maintain a positive, ‘can do’ attitude when handling tasks or challenges
  • Genuine passion for helping people and delivering excellent service
  • Be able to work well under pressure while staying calm and efficient
  • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritising, and managing time efficiently
  • Knowledge of Slack is considered a plus
