We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Rebate Program Coordinator to support our sales team and e-commerce operations. This role focuses on becoming an expert in our Energy Rebate Program, monitoring incoming orders, and communicating clearly with both customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to learn technical program details, and comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong ability to learn and master a specific program or industry niche.
Comfortable handling both internal and external communications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
Shopify experience is a strong plus.
Certification in customer service or related areas is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
Become the internal subject matter expert on the Energy Rebate Program.
Monitor and review incoming orders to ensure rebate eligibility and accuracy.
Communicate with customers to collect necessary rebate information in a clear, concise, and professional manner (without overcomplicating technical details).
Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and other departments regarding rebate-related orders.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications and rebate processing details.
Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Assist in improving processes related to rebate tracking and order monitoring.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, rebate requirements, and company policies.
US Based Hours Requirement:
This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location. However, due to the urgent and fast-paced nature of processing orders, we require that the working hours strictly align with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. This schedule ensures you can effectively communicate and collaborate with the rest of the team and respond promptly to the dynamic requirements of our operations. Adhering to these hours is crucial for maintaining the workflow and supporting our commitment to excellent service delivery.
