What you’ll be doing

  • Manage daily B2B customer service operations, including order entry, validation, follow-up, and customer communication
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, pricing, documentation, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensure high service levels and contribute to a consistent, reliable customer experience for pharmacies, wholesalers, and partners
  • Support order fulfilment, availability checks, and contract adherence within agreed timelines
  • Collaborate closely with our 3PL partner on delivery planning, shipment tracking, and operational issue resolution
  • Monitor logistics performance (SLA/KPIs) and escalate challenges when needed
  • Support returns, shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies
  • Act as a key link between Customer Service and internal teams such as Commercial, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, and Quality
  • Share customer insights and operational feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Work in ERP/CRM systems to manage orders, customer data, and master data accuracy
  • Contribute to process improvements, system updates, and local ways of working
  • Apply global customer service standards and local procedures to ensure compliance with pricing, contracts, and regulations

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Customer-facing Logistics, ideally in B2B environments such as FMCG, healthcare, or pharma
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, service-oriented mindset
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and data-driven processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Fluency in Polish and English
