What the Job Involves:

• Be the main point of contact for our clients’ customers, whether via chat, email, or phone.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Carry out and manage data changes, service requests, orders, etc. in our systems with care.
• Provide tailored solutions to customers based on your expertise.
• Handle customer service inquiries for various projects simultaneously to keep things diverse.
• Take on additional inbound and outbound sales tasks: we’re looking for people with strong sales affinity who aren’t afraid to pick up the phone!

Requirements

• Previous experience as a customer service agent or in customer support, along with proven sales experience, is essential.

• Strong—ideally native-level—Dutch skills, both written and spoken.
• Quick comprehension and a preference for independent work.
• Solid PC skills and reliability in handling data.
• Enjoy communication, interacting with customers, and working in a 100% remote environment with a vibrant digital community. 🌐
• A stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup are required.
