About the role. As a Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer management system.
- Follow call center protocols and guidelines to ensure a high level of service quality.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and customer management software.
