The Merchant Success Representative (MSR) is responsible for communicating results to merchants’ applications for funding through One Park Financial (OPF). MSR will provide a generic explanation for the negative outcome of the merchants’ applications as well as guidance on how to improve their chances in the future. Additionally, but not limited to, the MSR will assist the Merchant Success Supervisor on tasks related to our customer experience.

Responsibilities / Key Results

• Perform research, review, and analyze merchant’s interactions with OPF’s representatives at the different levels
• Communicate application results to the merchant via phone call, SMS, or email as needed
• Review, validate, and complete Do Not Call and/or Do Not Email requests submitted by our customers
• Support the Merchant Success Supervisor in any additional items related to merchants’ experience
• Review and respond to merchant complaints
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred experience in Customer Service-related roles
• Intermediate/advanced computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Business Administration or related degree a plus
