3 month temp contract working on the Rate Review team (may be potential to extend or go perm thereafter dependant on business needs and performance)
Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm onsite in a modern and bright office (consistent full time hours each week)
Inbound contact centre role assisting existing member inquiries regarding rate changes on their Health Insurance policy
Multi-channel customer service across phone, email and live-chat
Problem solving both straightforward and complex customer queries often in vulnerable situations
Applying empathy and active listening in order to provide an exceptional member experience
