We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our passionate team at our Burton on Trent Site. This is a full-time, office-based role (five days per week).

What you'll be doing:

  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Managing your customer caseload and working closely with our sales team to provide a seamless service
  • Resolving customer queries by email and telephone quickly and efficiently, delivering a positive experience every time
  • Proactively identifying solutions and anticipating customer needs
  • Championing new ideas and driving continuous improvement in our service


You'll be a natural communicator with a talent for problem-solving. You'll be organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively and thrive in a busy environment. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

This is an office-based role in our busy contact centre. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you'll be assisting customers by phone and email.

What skills will you need?

  • Excellent telephone manner and experience in a customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A real passion for providing an excellent customer experience
  • Great IT skills (Microsoft Office suite, SAP experience would be advantageous)
  • Ability to develop great relationships with both external and internal customers
