Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned Bookkeeping clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the service lifecycle. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
