About the role 
As the Customer Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support and management of client relationships primarily for SEEK Grad. You will focus on ensuring seamless client experiences through system administration, troubleshooting, and service delivery management. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to maintain platform functionality, resolve technical issues, and deliver targeted marketing solutions. This position offers opportunities to develop analytical and technical skills while contributing to the growth and success of our client partnerships.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage client profile setup and ongoing maintenance within internal systems, ensuring accurate client profiles, job listings and platform functionality
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for client platform issues, including signup/login errors and system accessibility problems
  • Delivery Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns tailored to specific client requirements and objectives
  • Maintain and update client products, including front page logos, banners, alert emails, boosters, and SEEK extensions to ensure optimal performance
  • Regularly update and manage Students and Employers listings for Events, maintaining accuracy and relevance of platform content
  • Update registration links, employer information, and event schedules to support client engagement activities
  • Create and maintain career advice content pages, including role descriptions and salary information
  • Generate campaign reports and performance infographics for employers, providing clear insights into key performance metrics
  • Share knowledge with new system administrators on internal workflows, systems, and operational procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Support business analysis activities and contribute to system improvement initiatives as opportunities arise

Skills and experience 

  • 2-3 years of experience in client operations, system administration, or similar operational roles
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve platform and system issues efficiently
  • Experience with CRM systems and client management platforms, with Salesforce knowledge highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage digital marketing campaigns, particularly EDM campaigns
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of web platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Analytical mindset with interest in data analysis and reporting
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Interest in developing skills in systems analysis, business analysis, or data analysis
  • Experience in technology or digital services industry preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
