And we’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Expert Tier) to start immediately Schedule Full-Time: Monday to Friday Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities Handle new customer onboarding by following established SOPs Provide GoHighLevel technical support, including: Integrating Zoom accounts Assisting with phone verification issues Support Facebook Ads–related inquiries, including: Setting up Facebook Business Manager Creating and managing ad accounts Answering basic ad system questions Communicate with clients and internal teams via Discord Tools & Platforms GoHighLevel Meta (Facebook) Ads Discord Required Skills & Experience Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and ad accounts Previous experience in customer onboarding or customer support Excellent spoken and written English (very good accent required) Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional Comfortable working with offshore teams Technical Requirements: • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits: • Health Insurance (HMO) • Performance Incentives • Job Security and Stability • Paid Training • Inclusive Culture • Upskilling Opportunities • 100% Work-From-Home • Exceptionally Supportive Team • Opportunities for Career Growth • Fun Work Environment • Holiday & Overtime Pay PAY: PHP76,000.00
