What we are looking for 

We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Marketing Operations Executive to join our team in Ireland. In this role, you’ll support the execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns across acquisition and retention, work directly with high-value customers to improve engagement and loyalty, analyse promotional performance to identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activity is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with clear commercial impact.  

 

What you will work on 

  • Work closely with Acquisition, CRM, Marketing, Product, Compliance, Trading, and Customer Support teams to support all marketing activity
  • Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across all channels (CRM, paid media, affiliates, onsite, app)
  • Work with 3rd party partners to drive strategy and content decisions for social media, content websites and digital
  • Support the optimisation of welcome journeys, reactivation campaigns, and ongoing retention mechanics across Sports & Casino
  • Analyse promotional performance across acquisition and retention campaigns, including uptake, conversion, cost & ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly summaries on promo performance, key issues, and insights
  • Support enhancements to marketing tools, dashboards, and reporting framework
  • Identify growth opportunities, through customer data & competitor research and contribute to product development initiatives
  • Coordinate with the hospitality team for the organization of events and to optimize the hospitality experience – attend these events with customers when required
  • Support CRM Outbound team in contacting users when required

 

What you Bring 

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a marketing operations, CRM, performance marketing, or analytical marketing role 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, spot issues, and explain performance clearly 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Professional level English  
  • Proven track record of customer revenue analysis and reporting 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and empathetically
  • Ability to work in a self-contained / independent environment, with strong decision making skills
  • Confidence communicating directly with customers, including high-value or VIP segments
