Take on a crucial role driving customer growth by designing structured frameworks and assets for our existing customers while collaborating with multiple teams.
We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager (6-month contract) to help us grow revenue from our existing customers. You’ll build the structure, content, and tools that help our Customer Success and Account teams expand accounts in a consistent, repeatable way. Remote within Poland.
This is not a campaign role. You’re here to build the engine behind customer growth.
You’ll design and launch a structured way to grow our existing customers. That means defining how customers move forward, what triggers expansion, and how we support it.
You’ll equip Customer Success and Account Management with the right content, proof points, and tools to drive multi-product adoption in a consistent way.
You’ll work closely with Revenue, Product, and Marketing to replace ad-hoc requests and one-off materials with a clear, repeatable approach to customer growth.
Design and launch our “Journey to Human Success” lifecycle expansion framework — defining progression stages, maturity signals, and expansion triggers.
Segment our existing customer base using behavioural and product signals to identify high-value growth moments.
Build modular, sales-ready expansion assets — case studies, adoption narratives, ROI proof, progression playbooks, and expansion decks — that are actually used in commercial conversations.
Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Management to understand real blockers in expansion conversations and close proof gaps.
Establish a structured lifecycle storytelling pipeline that reduces reactive content requests and supports consistent expansion motions.
Define how impact will be measured — ensuring clear linkage between lifecycle activity, pipeline consistency, and multi-product adoption.
5 to 8+ years in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Product Marketing within B2B SaaS.
Experience building lifecycle or customer progression programs from scratch — not just running campaigns.
Strong understanding of retention, expansion, NRR, and multi-product adoption mechanics.
Confidence working directly with Customer Success, Account Managers, and Revenue leaders.
A structured, commercial mindset — you think in frameworks, signals, and business impact.
High ownership. You’re comfortable stepping into ambiguity and building the structure that doesn’t yet exist.
Within the first few months, you’ve defined clear customer progression stages and aligned stakeholders around a shared expansion framework.
By mid-contract, CS and AM teams are using structured, evidence-based assets in real expansion conversations — reducing reactive requests and increasing confidence.
By around six months, we have a documented, operational lifecycle expansion program in place — complete with segmentation logic, progression triggers, modular assets, and a clear link to expansion pipeline performance.
This role builds the foundation for a long-term customer lifecycle capability — with measurable impact on multi-product adoption and expansion consistency.
