We're hiring a Customer Marketing Manager Apprentice for a 12-month, full-time apprenticeship to support our global Customer Marketing strategy across its three key pillars: Advocacy, Expansion, and Community.
Reporting directly to our Head of Customer Marketing you will act as a versatile engine for execution and creativity. You won't just be producing content; you'll be involved in high-value event logistics, campaign messaging with AI, and multi-channel expansion strategies.
This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the full spectrum of B2B Customer Marketing—from storytelling and growth tactics to exclusive community management.
Bonus: You will also collaborate with our Field Marketing team, providing logistical support during major events and peak activity periods.
Your impact at Brevo
1. Advocacy & Proof Engine (Content & Storytelling)
Learn to turn customer success into marketing gold.
Success Story Production: Execute the production of ungated success stories. Interview customers, draft narratives, and coordinate with design.
Asset Creation: Transform core stories into multi-format assets (one-pagers, social posts, slide decks) for Sales and Marketing use.
Sourcing Support: Assist in identifying potential advocates within our customer base.
2. Customer Base Expansion (Growth & Messaging)
Learn how to drive revenue expansion through targeted marketing.
AI-Powered Messaging: Use AI tools to craft and refine impactful messaging for upgrade campaigns (Self-Service → Pro).
Multi-Channel Execution: Help deploy campaigns across Email, In-App messaging, and LinkedIn outreach system.
Market Watch: Analyze competitor and peer strategies to propose creative improvements for our expansion tactics.
3. Client Community (Events & Thought Leadership)
Learn how to build and nurture a premium B2B community.
High-Value Event Logistics: Support the organization of exclusive executive dinners and community meetups (venue coordination, attendee management, on-site support).
Content Derivation: Turn event discussions and insights into high-quality White Papers and thought leadership content (with help of Content & Credibility team).
Community Animation: Help manage logistics and communications for our customer community initiatives.
➕ Field Marketing Support
Event Backup: During busy periods, lend a hand to the Field Marketing team for trade shows and conferences (logistics, booth management, lead capture).
Who you are:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Available for a 12-month, full-time apprenticeship
Excellent writing skills: French & English are mandatory; German is a great plus.
AI-Native Mindset: You use Dust/ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity daily to work faster and smarter (ideation, drafting, refining).
Versatility: You can switch from writing a case study to organizing an event dinner or setting up an email campaign.
Strong organizational skills: You can manage multiple deadlines and logistical details without losing focus.
Team Spirit: Humble, helpful, and eager to learn from different teams (Sales, CS, Field Marketing).
