What you will do in this role 🧐

We don’t want to overstate it, but this role is instrumental in driving how customers adopt, succeed with, and expand within our product.

You’ll partner with Growth to execute lifecycle programs and own the creation of enablement content that helps customers get value at scale — from guides and webinars to upsell education.

In this role you’ll be part of the customer marketing, but also be working closely with other departments  like Customer Support, Customer Success and operations.

You’ll: 

  • Own lifecycle execution across all customer journey stages: Activation - Enablement - Expansion - Loyalty
  • Build and run lifecycle campaigns end-to-end — including messaging, sequencing, and content

  • Develop customer-facing enablement content such as:

    • Onboarding and feature adoption guides and videos
    • Webinars and academy modules
    • Expansion and upsell education
  • Create reusable assets that reduce workload for CSMs

  • Partner with CSM, Product, Growth, and Operations to close lifecycle gaps

  • Continuously measure performance and iterate on programs using customer usage and feedback

  • Feature adoption and early engagement metrics improve
  • Annual plan adoption and expansion readiness increase
  • Lifecycle programs run predictably and measurably
  • CSMs regularly leverage your content as a force multiplier
  • Growth Marketing feels supported and execution is faster


The perfect match has experience in✅

  • 5+ years of lifecycle, customer, or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong hands-on content creation skills
  • Comfortable owning execution, not just strategy
  • Data-driven and outcome-focused mindset
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in fast-moving, high-impact situations and can navigate through ambiguity
  • You’re a native Dutch or French speaker and are comfortable working professionally in English

This role is based from our office in Eindhoven. We expect you to be in the office 3 days per week.
