What You’ll Do

  • Build, QA, and schedule expansion email campaigns in Asana, Marketo and Salesforce

  • Draft campaign copy aligned to messaging strategy and recommend improvements where appropriate

  • Pull and analyze campaign performance data, sharing insights and optimization recommendations

  • Build and maintain campaign lists and audience segments with strong attention to accuracy

  • Support lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, and expansion through campaign execution and coordination

  • Maintain data hygiene and assist with reporting, tracking, and documentation across customer marketing initiatives

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns align to customer needs and expansion goals
     

 

 

The Experience You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer marketing

  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce

  • Strong attention to detail with experience in QA, list building, and campaign execution

  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and recommending improvements

  • Clear written communication skills with the ability to draft effective customer-facing emails

  • Comfort working with data and maintaining operational accuracy

  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
