It is worthy to note that Sahl provides a novel technology that enables customers to top-up their prepaid electricity meters at any time from the comfort of their homes. The team is looking for talented and passionate people to create innovative and seamless payment experiences for the customers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.

  • Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.

  • Collect and report customer feedback on a daily basis.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data confidentiality standards.

  • Accurately use systems and tools to fulfill customer requests.

  • Identify trends in customer interactions and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with professional phone, chat, and email etiquette.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekends.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
