As a Customer Engineer, you'll be hands-on building, crafting, and optimizing GenerativeAgent implementations. Our best Customer Engineers are relentless problem-solvers who know how to navigate the power of GenerativeAI to deliver real outcomes.   You'll take an entrepreneurial approach to customer outcomes—doing whatever it takes to help customers get massive value from our GenerativeAgent. Working with senior Customer Engineers, you'll dig into customer workflows and business problems, crafting AI solutions that scale to millions of users. You'll shape solutions as much as build them.   This role is remote and based in Bangalore. You’ll collaborate primarily with teams in the US and work directly with US based enterprise customers – giving you meaningful visibility and ownership from day one.   This role requires working core U.S. business hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST). What you'll do
  • Craft AI agent tasks focused on customer workflows, pain points, and business goals
  • Build and integrate enterprise systems through APIs (REST / GraphQL), knowledge bases, and LLM tooling to unlock business value
  • Run tight feedback loops with customers through testing and optimization
  • Write and refine prompts with an experimental, goal-oriented mindset for accuracy and impact
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to influence features based on customer needs
  • Drive adoption of new AI capabilities through beta testing and implementation
  • Get creative to make customers successful with GenerativeAgent
  • What you'll need
  • 3 - 8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Math preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills in Python and/or JavaScript  with ability to quickly learn complex AI/ML systems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and customer success
  • Good communication skills for customer-facing technical discussions
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where you help shape solutions
  • What we'd like to see
  • Hands on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, or conversational AI technologies
  • Background in APIs, system integrations, or enterprise software configuration
