Brakes have an opportunity for a Customer Demand Analyst to join the Demand Planning team on a full time, permanent basis.
The Customer Demand Analyst is responsible for all forecast activities associated with customers and products and manage the interaction between Supply Planning and customer facing colleagues for their area of responsibility to provide optimum customer experience.
The role creates and manages the demand for their categories, incorporating statistics and business intelligence and other demand signals to improve service for the customers of the demand plan.
Our role is Monday – Friday, 39 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm, and is offering hybrid working , with 2 days a week in the Ashford office, so you must be within a commutable distance. The site has good transport links and free car park for colleagues.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
About you:
Experience of working in a fast-paced FMCG Supply Chain position is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have high numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills with a detailed understanding of Excel, in particular, pivot tables, v-look ups, SQL and Power query experience. You will possess excellent communication skills and customer service skills with the ability to work with all stakeholders in the business.
