  • Processing PayPal/Stripe disputes;


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Support;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Experience with Zendesk is preferred.


Schedule:

- Work hours: 8 hours a day, 40 working hours a week
- Work days: on a rotational basis
- Shifts: We operate 24/7, and shifts can vary
- Breaks: 1 hour per shift
