Your New Role

As the Customer Care Representative at our Oklahoma City, OK office, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is about more than just answering phones. You’ll keep schedules flowing, support field crews, and help ensure that every job stays on track.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Picking up inbound calls promptly and professionally

  • Scheduling customer appointments and assigning the right technician

  • Communicating clearly with customers about timing and services

  • Managing the dispatch board to optimize routes and productivity

  • Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure techs have what they need

  • Debriefing technicians post-appointment and verifying completed work and payments

  • Giving priority scheduling attention to Club Membership clients

  • Supporting the whole team with a positive attitude and high standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Associate degree is a plus but not required

  • Clear communication skills and a friendly, confident phone presence

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Solid time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Experience in customer service, dispatching, or service-based environments is helpful

  • Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and work extended hours if needed

  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt in a fast-moving office
