Due to continued expansion and growth, we are excited to offer a new opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Customer Care Manager to join our Sydney-based team on a permanent, full-time basis.

In this influential role, you will be empowered to strengthen customer relationships and protect our existing portfolio by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in retaining key accounts, removing service barriers, and driving long-term customer loyalty.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Forecasting and tracking customer retention metrics
  • Managing and resolving customer issues and escalations in line with complaint resolution procedures
  • Building trusted-advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Proactively identifying customers at risk and implementing retention strategies
  • Prioritising and administering customer tasks to meet all deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate records of retention and customer engagement activities
  • Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams
  • Supporting Customer Service, Sales, and Operations teams to achieve shared targets
  • Delivering timely responses and effective resolutions to all customer enquiries

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service
  • Service industry background
  • Current driver’s licence (essential)
  • Proven experience in account management and customer issue resolution
  • Strong track record of achieving customer service and retention targets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
