CUSTOMER CARE INTERN


Contract: Internship for 6 months (with a possibility to extend) based on a civil contract;

Working mode: Hybrid;

Working hours: Range from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;

Office location: Warsaw, Bonifraterska 17.


YOU DO:

  • Fluent in English and Italian,
  • Speak any other language: German, French, Spanish (that's nice to have),
  • Technical client support,
  • Working on support tickets,
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment,
  • Have a student status.


YOU ARE NOT AFRAID OF:

  • Speaking with the client on the phone,
  • Delivering 2-3 priorities at the same time,
  • Switching between tasks,
  • Talking to different stakeholders in the company of flat hierarchy.
