A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Care Engineer at Main Site. To deliver a professional aftercare service to all our customers and work with the company quality standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent the business at all levels, liaising with clients, customers and dealers in a professional manner

  • Manage customer warranty issues and complete all service work to the Company’s expected quality standard

  • Maintain a high level of service to all our customers using the ethos “our customer, our responsibility”

  • Support the wider Customer Service team with knowledge of products as necessary

  • Ensure workload is prioritised regularly so customer issues can be remedied at the earliest opportunity

  • Ensure that off-site Health & Safety risk assessments are completed, and off-site park rules and procedures are followed

Requirements

Essential / Desirable Criteria

• Experience of the same/similar manufacturing process

• Qualification in joinery/woodwork

• High Level of product knowledge

• Clean driving license

• High level of logistical knowledge within the UK and Europe.

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to self-manage and be proactive

• Good project management on all aspects of service rectification

• Driven and confident individual

• Energetic and enthusiastic

• Good all-round knowledge of procedures

• Confident to multi-task on a finished product.

• Excellent eye for detail

• Good Level of IT

• Ability to feedback into the business in a professional manner

• Ability to produce technical and written reports.
