Customer Care Associate
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
• Answer and transfer phone calls
• Welcome customers and vendors with professionalism and warmth
• Data entry in our management system
• Prepare work order packs for technicians
• Schedule appointments
• Collect payments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Previous experience in customer service
• Comfort using social media platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
• Solid work ethic, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn internal company systems & programs
• Ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and concise communicator with attention to detail
• Able to prioritize tasks and take initiative
• Team player who can also work independently when required
