You have to be very proactive in this role with the ability to solve problems on the spot and think outside the box. What you’ll be doing:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Acknowledging and resolving clients' complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Working Conditions

  • Who are you?
  • Experience in a Client Support or similar role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using the help desk and support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Multi-tasking abilities
