About Us:

At PFL, a Vomela company, our greatest asset is our people. As a full-service visual communications company, we are looking for creative and intellectual thinkers that work with our customers to create compelling brand solutions and foster meaningful connections. And while you're focused on creating big things for global and local brands, we will help you build a career you can be passionate about.

PFL began life as a local printer in 1996 with the mission to help businesses become successful. With the realization digital marketing was our future, PFL went all in to create a platform that delivers multi-sensory, custom marketing campaigns that are automated, measurable, and relevant. The campaigns help businesses gain attention and amplify their growth. PFL is the only company with a solution that includes software, print, and fulfillment to simplify automated direct mail campaigns. We handle everything under one roof!

Customer Advocates serve as consultative partners to PFL's eCommerce customer, helping transform marketing ideas into impactful print and direct mail campaigns that drive results.

This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who are curious, competitive, and motivated to grow customer relationships through discovery, recommendation, and execution. Customer Advocates do more than process orders, they uncover customer goals, recommend solutions, and help clients achieve better marketing outcomes.

If you enjoy asking questions, solving problems, and influencing results while building long-term customer relationships, this role offers a strong foundation in consultative sales within a well-established, national print and marketing environment.

What Success Looks Like
Successful Customer Advocates:

  • Ask thoughtful questions before proposing solutions.
  • Take initiative to recommend improvements instead of simply fulfilling requests.
