Coveo is looking for a Customer Advocacy Intern to join our Customer Advocacy team within the Marketing department. Your mission? Help amplify the voices of our customers and bring their success stories to life across marketing, sales, and brand initiatives, contributing directly to how Coveo builds credibility and lasting customer relationships.
The Customer Advocacy team is dedicated to discovering and empowering enthusiastic Coveo customers and highlighting their success stories across various channels and content types. As an intern, you’ll work on hands-on initiatives, gaining exposure to business-to-business (B2B) marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and voice-of-customer strategies that drive real impact.
Your impact, day to day:
- Support and coordinate customer reference requests from sales and marketing teams.
- Contribute to the end-to-end customer storytelling process by creating assets that bring customer successes to life.
- Track, maintain, and update customer advocacy activities in our database, including engagement limits and content usage.
- Help amplify advocate stories internally across teams and campaigns to maximize visibility .
- Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement metrics tied to customer advocacy efforts.
- Identify story gaps and advocacy needs across industries and solutions, and help build roadmaps to address those gaps.
The Essentials:
- You are currently studying in a Bachelors program in marketing, communications, business or a related field in Montréal.
- You are able to work from our office 2 days a week. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility, you can benefit from face-to-face learning from your team on office days while home days allow you to focus and complete complex work.
- You are legally entitled to work full-time in Canada for the duration of the 15 week internship.

- You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- You’re curious about customer experience, brand advocacy, and B2B marketing.
- You’re comfortable working with data and learning how to interpret performance metrics.
- You have experience writing or editing content.
