The Recipe (About the Role)

The Customer Supply Administrator plays a vital role in overseeing customer orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain from the moment an order is placed until it's delivered. This position serves as an essential link between customers and our logistics, planning, and production teams, working to meet customer needs accurately, promptly, and cost-effectively.

  • Customer Order Support – Process orders, handle customer queries, and manage returns.
  • Data Reporting – Compile reports to assist Customer Supply Planners with shortages, aged stock, forecasts, and performance.
  • Compliance Documentation – Manage certification documents accurately and timely.
  • Continuous Improvement – Lead and contribute to improvement projects aligned with business goals.
  • Customer Risk Mitigation – Escalate issues affecting customer service, such as quality holds and production challenges.

Key Know How:

  • Microsoft Office programs – i.e Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dynamics 365
  • Customer relationship management
  • Previous administration responsibilities are desired but not essential
