What You’ll Do


 - Conducting in-depth interviews with users to understand their pains and needs.
 - Analyzing user feedback to uncover actionable insights and trends.
 - Collaborating with monetisation team to integrate user insights into web funnel development and enhancements.
 - Creating detailed user personas and journey maps based on interview findings.
 - Facilitating effective communication between users and internal teams to ensure a user-centric approach in business decisions.


What We’re Looking For


 - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer development, user research, product management, or a related role.

 - Proficiency in English at B2 level or above for conducting interviews and communication.

 - User Research: Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

 - Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources, including user feedback, market research, and analytics tools.

 - Customer Journey Mapping: Expertise in creating and utilizing customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

 - Interview Techniques: Skilled in various interviewing techniques to elicit detailed and meaningful insights from users.

 - Market Research: Capability to conduct competitive analysis and understand market trends to inform product strategy.

 - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

 - Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that communicate research findings and insights clearly.

 - Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and devise effective solutions based on user insights

 - Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in research and documentation.

 - Behavioral Analysis: Understanding of behavioral psychology to better interpret user actions and motivations.

 - Customer Experience (CX) Design: Knowledge of CX principles and practices to enhance overall customer interactions.
