Responsibilities
Enhance employee engagement, embedding positive working culture and productive organization.
Be part of the growth and evolution of the company culture through employee engagement and feedback.
Establish a top-down and bottom-up approach to engaging employees through dynamic circumstances.
Responsible for employee engagement survey and the action plan monitoring for the company.
Execute an annual calendar that includes employee engagement events, communications, and campaigns.
Responsible for internal campaigns, employee messaging, and updates.
Responsible for internal communication systems (internal Newsletter) to deliver the message.
Requirements
Proven experience for at least 1-2 years in employee engagement, culture engagement, corporate communications, or related field;
Have exposure in human resources mindset and flow process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa or English).
Strong project management skills and organizational skills.
Have exposure in creative assets and stuff.
Able to analyze., data-driven, and tech-savvy.
Able to work independently as well as team player.
Bonus Point If
Have knowledge in Employer Branding activity;
Have exposure as an event organizer would be an advantage.
