The Role

We’re looking for a Culture & Operations Intern to be a true culture carrier at ResortPass HQ. This person will help keep our office running smoothly, create a welcoming experience for employees and guests, and support the moments big and small that make our culture special.

Compensation for this role will be $17- $20 per hour. This is a part-time role based at our energetic HQ 2-3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

Culture & Hospitality

  • Serve as a friendly first face at HQ! From greeting guests, candidates, and partners, you make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.
  • Act as a culture carrier by modeling ResortPass values and bringing positive energy to the office.
  • Help create a warm, inclusive, and hospitality-driven environment for the team.

Office Operations

  • Support day-to-day office operations, including:
    • Conference room setup and reset for meetings
    • Office cleanliness, organization, and restocking supplies
    • Light IT support (helping with monitors, conference room tech, basic troubleshooting)
    • Coordinate and order team lunches, snacks, and beverages
    • Ensure the office looks and feels guest-ready at all times

Events & Engagement

  • Assist with planning and executing HQ events, happy hours, team celebrations, and offsites
  • Help set up, run, and break down events to ensure smooth execution
  • Support onboarding moments to help new hires feel at home from day one

Additional Responsibilities

  • Partner with People & Operations teams on special projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve office flow, culture moments, and employee experience
  • Handle ad-hoc operational tasks with flexibility and a can-do attitude
  • Be the go-to helper when something needs to get done

  • Strong people skills! You’re warm, approachable, and love helping others
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Proactive and resourceful; you see what needs to be done and jump in
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in workplace culture, operations, hospitality, or people-focused roles
  • Prior office, hospitality, or event experience is a plus (but not required)
