Requirements

We are seeking a Senior CTRM Project Manager with strong hands-on experience delivering complex CTRM/ETRM implementations across commodity trading environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of CTRM implementations (discovery through go-live and post-implementation support)
Manage project governance, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies across global stakeholders
Act as the primary interface between business users, vendors, and technical teams
Oversee functional design, data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover activities
Ensure delivery aligns with trading, risk, and back-office processes

Required Experience & Skills

8+ years of project management experience with multiple CTRM/ETRM implementations
Strong commodity trading knowledge
Proven delivery experience with leading CTRM platforms
Solid understanding of front-to-back trading workflows, risk, settlements, and reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong delivery mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced trading environments
