CTO / Tech Lead for Fintech Venture

TLDR

Play a crucial role in shaping product infrastructure and culture while building a fintech MVP, influencing tech decisions, and recruiting top talent.

You  + Us  = 🦄

You can expect to work on:

A lot of things! At this early stage, you will find yourself:

  • Building our MVP educational homeowners platform

  • Influencing our tech stack, as our tech lead you will have a strong voice in those decisions

  • Building our credit card origination flow

  • Defining our culture.

  • Architecting core product infrastructure to enable us to go from 0-to-1

  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent

  • Traveling to meet the team in LA, France or Colombia

You 🫵

  • Experienced full stack engineer. Fintech & Corecard experience is a big plus

  •  You've built, or are familiar with API’s and distributed architectures.

  • Passionate about our mission of making a difference in the homeownership space

  • Collaborative and enjoys working in a team

  • Can make daily jokes ( yes we are disrupting an industry but we still need to laugh meanwhile)

  •  Product-minded engineers who advocate for a better and more inclusive user experience on behalf of our users.

  • Actions > 1000 words: Someone that is not afraid to be a doer at first to build our first MVP and then being able to delegate when we hire engineer team after raise.

Please only apply if you are interested in a cofounder role with equity + cash ( after raise)

If you have relevant experience and are excited about fintech innovation at a company that’s breaking down barriers to higher financial education, we’d love to chat!
