  • Architect and develop the initial MVP for our matchmaking platform
  • Help define a product roadmap and weigh in on feature discussions
  • Collaborate with design team to prioritize features, give feedback on technical challenges associated with new features, and communicate progress on code
  • Lead engineering hiring and demonstrate an advanced understanding of what makes a great candidate experience when interviewing engineers
  • 2+ years of professional web application development experience
  • Ability to build scalable, complex web applications end to end
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Willingness to take a risk on an early stage startup, potentially for a huge reward 
  • No ego and kind demeanor is a must
