- Help define a product roadmap and weigh in on feature discussions
- Collaborate with design team to prioritize features, give feedback on technical challenges associated with new features, and communicate progress on code
- Lead engineering hiring and demonstrate an advanced understanding of what makes a great candidate experience when interviewing engineers
- 2+ years of professional web application development experience
- Ability to build scalable, complex web applications end to end
- Clear and concise communication
- Willingness to take a risk on an early stage startup, potentially for a huge reward
- No ego and kind demeanor is a must
