CSS Manager

The customer journey starts with you! As a CSS Manager, you are the key link between the client and our Security Operations Center (SOC), and the Account Managers. You ensure the quality of our service delivery and proactively initiate improvements. With your sharp analysis, clear oversight and strong communication skills, you help clients continuously optimize their cybersecurity within a Zero Trust framework.

In short: you manage agreements made, and work to structurally improve cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and safeguard service levels (SLAs/KPIs);

• Manage incident, complaint, and escalation processes with a focus on customer satisfaction;

• Continuously improve the customer experience and service quality;

• Translate customer insights into concrete service improvements.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT or related field;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a managed services environment;

• Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL and/or ITSM;

• Growth mindset, customer-focused, and proactive attitude;

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
